Panel.
Just a panel from a one pager that I was doing at an art forum. Couldn’t finish it due to work coming up, enjoy!
Spidey.
I wasn’t pleased with the one I did last night, so here is a new one. Still not feeling it, but the last of these little sketches. Perhaps more later on, I change my mind a lot, but here you go. Enjoy!
Wayward Angels.
When I first saw Josh Middleton’s work in a Wizard magazine for his gig as the cover artist on New Mutants, I was in awe. From that point on, his work has always been a big influence on mine.
Just like Skottie’s work, his art in NYX was really eye opening, not only [...]
Flame on.
I remember the first comic I ever bought for myself, and that was the “Human Torch” title that Skottie Young was attached to. Seeing that made me want to be a comic book artist. Keep up the great work.
So here you go, a tribute to the book and the artist who made me [...]
“Is it because I’m too Greek?”
Just another one I did tonight for fun, my brothers favorite comic character. I used a photo I took to get that angle (aka my feet) and me playing / painting with it in Photoshop. Enjoy.
Smash ‘em up!
Quick sketch of the big bad green man, inspired after seeing Chris MacDonald’s superman sketch.
American Beauty.
A recent illustration I finished – no special / deep meaning, just an idea that came out of a prelim drawing for a client. From prelim to final, about 20 hours divided between the drawing table and Photoshop. Enjoy.
Untitled Book thing.
Just an idea I’ve been working on for a while. Another rad artist has been doing some drawings for me, which gives me a load of inspiration. Anyways, enjoy.
Blue Skies.
This was fun to work on, a commission for a friend who needed artwork for their new house. Original Concept by me, the idea of cranes later requested by the commissioner. I have included the original thumbnail drawing below.
Sketching.
